John Marshall

John has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Alabama, where he was also catcher on the baseball team. He worked in strength and speed training for 2 years with all levels of athletes of various sports, primarily football and baseball. He began CrossFit training in Arkansas for 1 year prior to moving home to Texas to open CrossFit Richardson in June, 2008. He is CrossFit Level I certified, CrossFit Movement and Mobility certified, and he has attended Robb Wolf's Nutrition Seminar. John is passionate about seeing change in people and excited to continue building the CrossFit community in North Dallas. He lives in Richardson, TX with his wife, daughter and son.

Julia Marshall

Julia also attended the University of Alabama where she majored in dietetics and cheered for the Tide. She went on to get her Master's Degree in Health Sciences as a Physician Assistant at the University of South Alabama. She practiced as a PA for 5 years in cardiology, orthopedics and pediatric allergy and immunology. In 2009 John and Julia welcomed their first child, Annie, and at that time Julia decided to become a very part-time PA and stay-at-home mom, and lend her hand to a growing gym. In 2011 Julia rejoiced the birth of her son Max. She is an avid crossfitter and loves helping others achieve health and wellness.

Brandon Gadoci

Brandon spent most his life playing competitive soccer including at the college level for a small school in Savannah Georgia and later graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Advertising. After 15 years of traditional strength and fitness training, Brandon found CrossFit in early 2010 and never looked back. Brandon is a CrossFit level 1 Certified Trainer and will be taking his first run at the CrossFit Sectionals this year. Brandon lives in Richardson with his wife Christy and two children, Riley and Addy.

Russ Carby

Russell grew up in the Dallas area and went off to College Station where he graduated with a degree in Finance from Texas A&M. In his spare time away from CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance, he owns and operates a retail business that specializes in buying and selling used computers, TVs, iPods and cell phones along with video games and movies. He is passionate about the concept and implementation of CrossFit Endurance and gets excited to see improvement in athletes born from hard work. Russell is CrossFit Endurance certified and lives in Richardson with his wife Lindsay.

Tim Forkner

Tim played college baseball at Seward County College, where he earned All American honors and was drafted by the Houston Astros organization. He played 5 years in their minor league system and was an All Star in three separate leagues. After baseball he was exposed to CrossFit where he could keep his competitive spirit alive as well as stay fit. He has been involved with CrossFit for more than 3 years, competed in sectional and regional competitions, and will continue to pursue this as well as help members reach their health and fitness goals. Tim lives in Plano, with his wife Fiona and 2 kids, Drew 6 and Mia 2.

Laura Lott

Laura graduated from Texas Christian University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychosocial Kinesiology. Shortly thereafter she became a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a registered yoga teacher through the National Yoga Alliance. She is also Crossfit Level 1 Certified. She is most passionate about inspiring others to a life of excellence. Laura and her husband Drew spend their free time listening to Robb Wolf podcast and bantering about all things Crossfit and Paleo.
