Is CrossFit for me?
CrossFit is for anyone that wants to improve their level of Fitness. Wether that means getting your mile/marathon time down, increasing mobility, speed, strength or endurance, CrossFit offers an incomparable training experience that actually works. It's not a fad, it's not a gimmic, it's about working hard to increase your work capacity over broad time and modal domains. That means that we help UFC fighters with their endurance, 70 year old women with their mobility, and high school kids make the team.
