Onramp Classes
The On-Ramp Package is a requirement for all new CrossFit Richardson members. The cost is $200 which includes 3 one-on-one sessions (60 minutes per session) with any of our experienced trainers, and 1 month of unlimited classes from the purchase date. The one-on-one sessions must be completed prior to attending any of the regularly scheduled classes. These sessions will give you an understanding of what CrossFit is, teach you proper technique and movements, as well as provide you with nutritional guidance so you can attain the full benefits of your CrossFit training. Once you purchase this package you may then begin scheduling your 3 one-on-one sessions!
