CrossFit is a one-hour class composed of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity with the purpose of increasing your level of fitness over broad time and modal domains. By combining strength training, olympic lifting, & gymnastics in ever-changing combinations, we prepare the the body for just about anything life throws at you.
