Want to join CrossFit? Here’s how!

CrossFit Richardson Basics includes three sessions with a trainer and one month of membership. You can sign up for Basics by emailing julia@crossfitrichardson.com to schedule your three sessions. After these three sessions, you can be cleared by a trainer to join our regular CrossFit classes. 



 

What is a Basics class?

CrossFit Richardson Basics include three sessions with a certified CrossFit coach. These sessions are designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active lifestyle. You must attend three Basics sessions before you start regular CrossFit classes. Basics sessions are scheduled by sending an email to julia@crossfitrichardson.com.

To begin Basics, you will need to sign up with a 3, 6, or 12 month contract and then begin attending your scheduled Basics classes.

After you have attended three Basics classes and have been cleared by a CrossFit coach, you can attend regular classes. To see the CrossFit Class schedule, click here.
