Basics


Want to join CrossFit? Here’s how!

First, become a member of CrossFit Richardson by choosing a 6 or 12 month contract option here, and then register for a Basics Class (included with any membership plan). This is one 2-hour session on Saturday morning at 6:30am. To secure your spot at a Basics class, you must register for the date you want at least 24 hours in advance. If you are not ready to chose one of our membership plans, you may purchase a 1 month + Basics Class package here. If you are experienced in CrossFit and do not think you need to attend a Basics class, please email julia@crossfitrichardson.com.



 

What is a Basics class?

CrossFit Richardson Basics is one 2-hour session on Saturday at 6:30am (must register in advance) with a certified CrossFit coach. This session is designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active lifestyle. You must attend a Basics session before you start regular CrossFit classes.

To register for a Basics Class, you will need to choose a 6 or 12 month contract and then register for a specific date for your Basics Class.

After you have attended your Basics class and have been cleared by a CrossFit coach, you can attend regular classes. To see the CrossFit Class schedule, click here.
