We are diligently working to better connect with each of you! One way we are doing this is by utilizing our FaceBook page, and adding our members to our Group FaceBook page. If you are currently a member, and are not a part of our Group FaceBook page, please send a friend request to Julia Marshall AND a message that you would like to become a part of the CFR Group FaceBook page. The main CFR page is great for updates, but the Group page is best to connect with the CFR community.
We are now on Google +…finally! You may also follow us on Instagram and Twitter accounts under @xfitrichardson. For the paleo challenge, which we hope is going well, you may use #cfrpc to post recipes and pictures. We hope you connect with us however is most convenient for you!
As the Fall rolls around, and we all get back into a routine, we are implementing a change upon your arrival to your CFR class. It will be mandatory that you SIGN IN on the ipads at the front desk. If you have any trouble, please let your trainer know so it can be quickly resolved. We must have your phone number and/or email in our system for you to be able to sign in, or you can set it up so that you can scan your phone to sign in. Please try to make this a new habit and we will also do our best to remind you at the beginning of class. THANK YOU for making this a part of your workout routine!!
Lastly, we need to ensure your profile in our FrontDesk system is correct. We will be updating them as you sign in over the next few weeks. You may also sign into your account at your earliest convenience and make sure we have your correct email address, phone number and home address. Also make sure your liability waiver has been signed. We have paper waivers for some of you, but would love to have e-waivers for all of our members so we can recycle those papers!!
