CrossFit is a one-hour class composed of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity with the purpose of increasing your level of fitness over broad time and modal domains.



CrossFit Basics classes are designed to introduce the movements and workouts we do in CrossFit on a daily basis. You must attend Basics classes before you start regular CrossFit classes.



CrossFit Endurance is a sports training program dedicated to improving performance, speed, and overall fitness. We implement carefully planned workouts that meet each athlete’s individual needs.


CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children and teens, ages 3-18. This class is specially designed for kids and teenagers to help them to develop a lifelong love of fitness in a fun, group setting.
